We are pleased to announce Harbortowne Marina is now owned and managed by Morningstar Marinas.
Who is Morningstar?
Morningstar Marinas is a kindred community of boaters in the top boating destinations across the Southeast and mid-Atlantic, known for our exceptional people, services and facilities. You’re joining a group of fantastic marinas, including five coastal, and with Harbortowne, three in the Charlotte area. We absolutely love what we do and we’re excited to have you on board.
A family-owned business, Morningstar was founded in 1981 in Charlotte, NC as a developer, owner, and operator of self-storage properties. We started our Marina Division in 2004 and have since owned and operated over 8,000 boat slips at award-winning marinas from Florida to the Great Lakes.
What Does This Mean to You?
On top of the new name, you can expect unparalleled customer service, expanded retail operations, better fuel pricing, easy payment scheduling, and accelerated efforts to refresh the property. Boating as it should be.
In addition to the great team at the marina, you will now have the support of a regional marina operations team comprised of leaders in the marine industry. At Morningstar Marinas, our mission has always been to provide exceptional experiences with fast and easy access to the water and on and off the docks whether you’re an old salt or new to boating.
How Will This Work?
Your Lease and Payments
We understand how stressful change can be, and we are committed to making this as simple and convenient as possible. Morningstar Marinas is assuming your current contracts We do accept monthly payments and our preferred method of payment is ACH. Be on the lookout for an email from harbortowne@morningstarmarinas.com to set up ACH.
