General Manager

A native of Erie, Pennsylvania (of Great Lakes fame), Loraine now spends her days on North Carolina’s great Lake Norman. Having worked for Morningstar Marinas for six years, Loraine serves as the General Manager of the Peninsula Yacht Club overseeing the entire financial and business operations for the club.

Loraine’s favorite part of her job is the people—from her staff to the customers—she gets to work with everyday. She loves providing customer service and designing programs and amenities that go a step beyond what guests expect and truly make their time there memorable. When she’s not at the marina, Loraine is the ultimate soccer mom, traveling with her husband to watch their son play soccer for Wofford College in South Carolina.
