“Ready, Set, Wear It!” is a one-day event that will take place on Saturday, May 18th and will usher in National Safe Boating Week, May 18-24, 2013. These efforts are part of the National Safe Boating Council’s yearlong campaign to promote safe and responsible boating.

Peninsula Yacht Club celebrates its 16th year with extensive renovation work to expand amenities. Work is now under way by parent company Morningstar Properties on the club’s first significant renovation to its entire downstairs.

Carefree Boat Club partnered with the YMCA of Greater Charlotte to host 40 children from the Y Readers program in a boating program at Morningstar Marinas | Kings Point.
