Morningstar Buys Marina in Virginia

Morningstar Marinas, a division of Morningstar Properties of Matthews, has bought Gwynn's Island Boatel in Mathews County, Va.
Financial terms of the agreement weren't disclosed.
It is Morningstar's seventh marina purchase.
Morningstar owns and operates 2,500 dry and wet berths in four Southeastern states. The company plans to continue to buy, develop and redevelop inland and coastal marinas from Maryland to Florida.
Since 1981, Morningstar Properties has developed and operated nearly 70 self-storage projects totaling more than 5.5 million square feet.
