The weather is getting better with each passing week, and this weekend is supposed to be another beautiful weekend on Lake Gaston. The forecast calls for temperatures in the mid 80’s with plenty of sunshine.

June is an exciting month at the marina and around Lake Gaston. We have many events planned for you and your families to enjoy while you’re at the marina and out on the water. Read below for just a few of the great events taking place in and around the marina this month. And remember, The Pointe restaurant provides entertainment on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights on their new beach and concert stage.

Warm weather appears to be here for good, and this weekend is supposed to be another beautiful weekend on Lake Gaston. We are expecting highs in the upper 80’s with little chance of rain. The water temperature is in the 70’s and climbing! In anticipation of the season, we have been busy over the winter sprucing up the marina and making improvements to the property.

Memorial Day is upon us, and with that comes the unofficial start to summer boating. Let’s not forget the true reason for Memorial Day. When we are out on the water having a great time this weekend, let’s remember those fallen soldiers along with those who continue to fight for and protect our freedom.
