Since 1981, our in-house construction and development team has created a legacy of experience, excellence and longevity by building the premier storage facilities in the region. From infill urban mixed-use developments to rapidly expanding suburban markets, we have developed cost and time efficient construction techniques using masonry, steel and pre-cast concrete panels to maximize development returns.
Recently we expanded our focus to include marina and marine property development. We currently have three new marinas in development and are redeveloping two existing properties.

We are expanding and looking for talented individuals for our Management Training Program. We are looking for customer service oriented personalities with the ability to successfully market our properties to prospective customers, as well as manage day to day operations of a marina property. Candidates will train at Morningstar Marinas properties on Lake Norman, NC, in a full time capacity. Successful candidates will relocate across the Southeast; ability to relocate a must.
Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelors degree or higher, willingness to learn marina management curriculum, aptitude for fast paced service and sales environment, and must demonstrate strong leadership traits and a can-do attitude. Previous marina or boating experience is preferred but not necessary.
