Boating is affordable and there’s a boat for every age, lifestyle and budget.
- Most people don’t realize how affordable boating is: in some instances, you can buy a brand new boat financed for around $250.00 a month, like a car.
- Boats provide tax deductible and cost effective second homes. Interest on a boat loan can be deducted if the boat has a galley, berth and head.
- Visit a boat show to see what boating products are available and line up the best deals.

Hi, I live on a 50ft houseboat, a Catamaran Cruiser and just bought a 24 ft Grady White fishing boat. I live at Tantallon marina at Ft. Washington Md. I am relocating to Biloxi Mississippi. I want to know what your slip fees are for my 24 ft boat and if you have liveaboards what those slip fees are? I am a nature photographer and looking forward to a Mississippi experience.

This is a great post for anyone who is thinking about purchasing a boat. My husband is thinking about obtaining his Boat Captains License, which means he would have to purchase a boat. At the start I was not keen on the idea, but after reading this, I may slowly be starting to change my mind. My husbnad thanks you in advance if I do change my mind!
